Dear Sherry and the entire Alpha-Omega staff:
I would like to personally thank you for the loving care you provided for my father Bob Eswein at Lakewell House in Mineral Wells. Man 0 Man I don’t know what we would have done without you guys in the final days. I guess we would have just been tortured watching him painfully die.
Please accept this as a gift from my Dad as a way of saying thanks. Hopefully this will help you continue your hospice ministry in a small way.
‘You guys provide a phenomenal service so please keep it up. I personally can’t thank
Respectfully and thankfully,
Choosing Alpha Omega for the care of Leo was one of the best decisions we made concerning his care. As we entered an uncertain time of “waiting” – your staff walked us through with incredible peace. From the very beginning we were greatly relieved to feel the support system of so many people…Some out of town family members were concerned about decisions we made in the end and your nurses were so available, concerned and committed to putting their minds at ease. You really drew us together as a family to be united in our decision-making. The words each of you spoke were never empty but filled with sincere concern and compassion…We never felt alone and words cannot express the peace that they brought….Thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you did for Leo and us. We are forever grateful for your ministry.

Many times we felt we had nowhere to turn especially at night. Then, we were given the gift of Alpha Omega….Thank you for your calm, sympathetic response to issues that had to be answered. You were always honest with us – but those answers were delivered with sincerity, gentleness and kindness…You are truly an angel, appearing whenever we needed you.

Our family would like to express our gratitude to the Alpha Omega Hospice staff – the aides, the nurses, the social worker and the chaplain for the loving care shown to our Mother- Mavis Bartlett. Her journey at the end of life was peaceful – thanks to their wonderful care.

What can I say to Angels of Mercy? You have been there every step of the way and I don’t know what I would have done without you. May your mission of love and caring be blessed totally. I love you all so much.

I could thank you a million times plus and it still wouldn’t be enough. So I’ll just say there are not enough thank yous or ways to express my gratefulness and love to each of you for the care, the love, the support, the kindness you all showed…you gave the whole family peace and joy. What a wonderful gift and blessing God gave to our family when He placed you in our life. I will never ever forget any of you or your love and kindness. I hold each of you dear to my heart.
